The Best AI Video Tools for Agencies Managing Many TikTok Accounts (2026)

Agencies need two things: videos made at volume and posted across many client accounts. Four AI generators that post (ShortFast, Faceless.so, Revid, Faceless.video) and five schedulers agencies already use, compared on accounts, seats, approvals, API and white-label.

For an agency running many TikTok accounts, the right setup depends on whether you need the videos made or only posted. If you need them made, the AI generators that also publish are ShortFast (up to 6 social accounts per workspace, with an API, webhooks and MCP server to drive several workspaces), Faceless.so (unlimited series and up to 25 team members), Faceless.video (unlimited accounts from $35) and Revid (10 always-on workers on Ultra); if your team already makes the videos, schedulers such as Later, Metricool, Vista Social, Hootsuite and Sprout Social add approvals, client roles and, on some plans, white-label.

Agencies hit limits that solo creators never see: how many accounts a plan connects, how many people can log in, whether a client can approve a post, and whether the whole thing can be driven from your own systems. This guide compares exactly those.

How we compared

We read each vendor's pricing page on October 22, 2026, with monthly billing selected where possible, and recorded accounts or brands per plan, team seats, client approval workflows, API access and white-label. Sprout Social's pricing page blocked our reader, so its figures are third-party and marked as such. ShortFast is our product and is listed in the same format, limits included.

AI generators that also post

ShortFast writes and renders faceless videos in 27 styles, or UGC-style videos with an AI presenter, and publishes them to TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts on a schedule, with a schedule and timezone per automation. Starter is $19 a month for 1 social account, Pro $39 for 3 accounts and 3 automations, and Advanced $99 for 6 accounts, 6 automations and 2 profiles. Six accounts is the ceiling per workspace, and one user can create up to three workspaces, so an agency with more clients runs several; the REST API, signed webhooks and MCP server are on every plan, and organization API keys can act on several workspaces, which is how agencies wire it into their own dashboards. ShortFast has no client approval workflow or white-label dashboard; the output carries no ShortFast branding.

Faceless.so posts to seven platforms with unlimited series on every plan and 3 to 25 team members by plan; its pricing page lists API access on Ultra ($99) and Agency ($199). It does not publish a connected-account limit per plan and has no white-label.

Faceless.video connects unlimited social accounts from its $35 Daily plan, each series posting to one account, with an MCP server that can create, pause and reschedule series. Team seats are not stated.

Revid's Ultra plan at $199 runs 10 always-on Auto-Mode workers for brands, niches or clients, with an API, MCP server and CLI from its $39 Growth plan. Seats, accounts per plan and approvals are not published.

Schedulers with approvals and client roles

Later sells social sets, one profile per network, with 1, 2 or 6 sets and 1, 2 or 4 users on Starter ($25), Growth ($50) and Scale ($110) billed monthly; internal and external collaboration and approvals start on Growth.

Metricool manages up to 10 brands on Starter and up to 50 on Advanced, from $25 and $67 a month billed monthly; Advanced adds team and client management, a post approval system and the Metricool API, and white-label is on custom plans.

Vista Social starts at $80 a month for 15 profiles and 2 users; its Scale plan at $360 adds white-label setup and client profile connect.

Hootsuite's Standard plan manages 10 accounts at $99 per user a month billed annually; Professional is unlimited accounts and Advanced adds content approvals. Monthly-billed prices are not shown on its page.

Sprout Social is reported by third parties at about $199 to $249 per seat a month for 5 profiles on Standard, with unlimited profiles from Professional; its own page blocked our reader.

How agencies combine them

Most agencies end up with two layers: a generator for the volume and a scheduler for client approvals and reporting. ShortFast's webhooks fire when a video is rendered or published, so you can push each finished video into your approval tool, or let ShortFast publish directly when a client has signed off on the series.

Keep each client's accounts original. Posting the same video to many accounts, or near-identical videos with swapped nouns, is what YouTube calls inauthentic content and what TikTok treats as unoriginal. Give each account its own angle, script and look.

Which one to pick

Make and post videos for up to 6 accounts per workspace, driven from your own systems: ShortFast, from $19 to $99 a month per workspace.

Many accounts and a big team on one plan, across seven platforms: Faceless.so.

Many accounts cheaply, with trend formats: Faceless.video's $35 Daily plan.

Client approvals and white-label on top of videos you already make: Metricool or Vista Social, or Later for simpler teams.

FAQ

Common questions

How many TikTok accounts can ShortFast post to?
Up to 6 social accounts per workspace on the $99 Advanced plan (3 on Pro, 1 on Starter), each with its own automation and queue. One user can create up to three workspaces, and organization API keys can drive several workspaces together.
Which AI video tools have client approval workflows?
Among the AI generators we checked, none publishes a client approval workflow; Faceless.video lets you edit drafts before they post. Schedulers do: Later from Growth, Metricool on Advanced, Hootsuite on Advanced and Vista Social. Many agencies pair a generator with one of them.
Is there a white-label AI video tool?
None of the AI generators here offers a white-label dashboard. Among schedulers, Vista Social includes white-label setup on its Scale plan and Metricool offers it on custom plans. ShortFast's videos carry no ShortFast branding.
Can I post the same video to all my clients' accounts?
Technically yes, but don't. YouTube treats mass-produced, repetitive uploads as inauthentic content and TikTok does not recommend unoriginal content, so identical videos across accounts hurt every one of them. Give each client a distinct angle and script.
