It is built for people who need a video a day and do not have long-form footage to cut from: faceless channel operators, agencies running many client accounts, and businesses using short video for leads. Clipping tools such as OpusClip start from a recording you already have; ShortFast starts from a topic.

A typical run starts from a niche or a topic. ShortFast researches an angle, writes the hook and script, matches every line to licensed stock footage or generates AI b-roll where no clip fits, records the voiceover, burns in captions, and renders a 9:16 video. If you connect accounts, it publishes on the schedule you set, to TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, across as many accounts as your plan allows.

The same pipeline can produce UGC-style videos with AI actors for product demos and ads, and the variations feature renders several openings of the same video so you can test hooks.
