SupportHow to reach usUpdated
Questions about your account, a video, an automation, billing or the API: email contact@sachasoft.com or use the live chat in the app. Our support team at SachaSoft LLC, the company that makes ShortFast, answers.
Email: contact@sachasoft.com. It works whether or not you have an account, and it's the address for billing and refund requests.
Live chat: sign in at app.shortfast.com and choose Support in the account menu, next to Settings. Every signed-in account has it, trials included. The chat is inside the app only; this website has none.
We can look into your account straight away when your message has:
Never send your password, an API key or a full card number: the last 4 digits of the card are enough. Write in your own language if you prefer; we answer in it.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period (terms, section 4.2). To cancel, open Settings → Billing in the app (app.shortfast.com/settings/billing) and choose Cancel subscription. It takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for, and on the $1 3-day trial you aren't charged again. To cancel immediately instead, email us.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, but we may offer a refund at our discretion in some circumstances (terms, section 4.3). To ask for one, email contact@sachasoft.com with the email you sign in with and the date of the charge.
The REST API, webhooks and MCP server are documented at developer.shortfast.com, and the MCP page shows how to connect Claude, ChatGPT, n8n or Make. For anything the docs don't answer, email contact@sachasoft.com with the details above.
