ShortFast is an AI-powered video automation platform that helps creators and businesses generate, edit, and publish short-form video content to social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. The Service includes features for generating video variations, AI hooks, automated captions, and scheduled publishing.

The Service offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the end of the current billing period.

You retain ownership of any content you upload, create, or generate using the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of publishing it. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

The Service allows you to connect and publish content to third-party social media platforms. By connecting your social media accounts, you authorize us to access and publish content on your behalf according to your settings and instructions.
You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of each social media platform you connect. We are not responsible for any actions taken by these platforms against your accounts.
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SachaSoft LLC. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SACHASOFT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SachaSoft LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SachaSoft LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
