Will posting to many accounts get them flagged?

Posting your own original videos through the platforms' official APIs is normal publishing. What platforms penalize is the same video spread across several accounts on the same platform, so give each brand its own automation and its own theme.

Can different accounts post at different times?

Yes. Each automation has its own schedule and timezone, which matters when accounts target different regions, since posting time is measured against the audience rather than against you.
