Display capitalisation is separate from the handle itself. You can present as YourBrand while the underlying username is yourbrand, and you can adjust that capitalisation without it counting as a username change.

Twitch permits a username change roughly once every 60 days, and your previous username is held in reserve for a period before becoming available to others rather than being released immediately. That's more forgiving than most platforms, but it's still not something to iterate on.

Clipping streams into short-form is where handles start to matter
